Estimated cabinetry cost £22,000 to £27,000 ex VAT
Our client spent a lot of time researching the look they wanted for their kitchen as they had very specific requirements for the cabinetry to achieve a truly individual kitchen. Having found influences from searching on-line and social media avenues, we were able to combine all the key elements into one design offering them everything they asked for.
Internal components for accessories are just as important. We gave every unit a purpose with allocated storage to make access so much easier for utensils, cutlery, safe knife storage and spice jars. A breakfast cupboard close to the island seating and dining table means everyone can help themselves without encroaching on the main kitchen prep space at busy cooking times. And of course, a walk-in pantry is a storage luxury, we had a small but perfectly proportioned space we converted into a pantry for everyday dry goods storage and larger kitchen appliances such as blenders, food mixer and weighing scales.
The island was left clear not only for additional prep space but useful for uninterrupted space for informal mealtimes and social seating which is ideal for all family needs. Our client chose Paint by Mylands in colours Artillery Ground for the island and pantry with Temple Bar for the surrounding cabinets. This paint gives a perfect matt finish with highly pigmented colours for smooth application and coverage.
