Yes. Your personal designer will oversee the installation process, providing a consistent point of contact throughout and helping to ensure everything is delivered in line with the agreed design.

Any appliances, fittings or other products supplied as part of your project are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s guarantee.

If you ever experience an issue, simply contact our team and we’ll be happy to help. Should the problem be the result of a manufacturing or installation fault, we will repair or replace the affected item at no additional cost.

For issues caused by general wear and tear, we will still respond promptly and work with you to find the most appropriate solution, although a charge may apply.
