1.0 INITIAL CONTACT

We begin with a conversation to explore your project by phone, email or Zoom to assess if we’re the perfect match for your needs. We’ll review your timeline, location, and budget during this stage. Sharing photos or floor plans of your space will help us understand your vision. If not, we’ll schedule a site visit to take the necessary measurements and provide a more tailored consultation.

2.0 FIRST MEETING

Once you feel confident we’re the right fit, we invite you to visit our Bath showroom or Frome design studio. Here, we’ll discuss your project in detail. You’ll also have the opportunity to tour our workshops, meet our team, and see ongoing projects in the making.

3.0 INITIAL DESIGN

Our designers will work closely with you to create a comprehensive design, including a mood board and detailed costings for furniture, worktops, accessories, and appliances. The initial design is complimentary. If revisions are needed, a £500 (ex VAT) design fee applies, which will be credited toward your final kitchen contract. You may also secure your installation date with a £5,000 (ex VAT) deposit, allowing continuous refinements to the design throughout the process.

4.0 WORKSHOP

Before manufacturing, we typically conduct a pre-site survey. Your cabinetry is expertly handcrafted in our Frome workshop and hand-painted in our dedicated paint studio. We welcome you to visit and see your kitchen coming to life. We’ll also perform a pre-installation check to ensure everything is ready for a smooth delivery and installation.

5.0 INSTALLATION

Our experienced fitters are skilled craftsmen who will ensure that your kitchen is installed to perfection, exactly as intended.

6.0 COMPLETION

After installation, we’ll visit your home to ensure everything meets our high standards and present you with our signature gift to celebrate your new kitchen. Additionally, we’ll return six months later for a follow-up inspection to ensure everything remains flawless.
