Our clients were transforming a spacious kitchen in their historic Bath home, and the design had to reflect the grandeur of the property. With bright, white quartz worktops and light grey cabinets, the kitchen radiates elegance and sophistication. A large island was essential, serving as a focal point for both cooking and socializing. We also designed a beautiful dresser that adds charm and functionality. A delightful surprise came during the design process when we uncovered a historic pantry room. We seamlessly integrated this discovery into the kitchen layout, enhancing its authenticity. To further complement the cabinetry, we included a traditional dumbwaiter, adding a unique touch that honours the home’s history while ensuring modern convenience.
The kitchen features two double ovens, providing ample cooking capacity for large gatherings. An impressive chimney hood serves as a striking centrepiece, beautifully complementing the overall design. The large induction hob offers modern efficiency and quick meal prep, while a convenient sink on the island enhances functionality, making it easy to multitask while entertaining. Together, these elements create a perfect balance of practicality and elegance, ensuring the kitchen is both a chef’s dream and a welcoming space for family and friends. Additionally, a spacious wine rack runs alongside the large American fridge freezer, offering both style and convenience. This feature not only adds a touch of sophistication but also ensures that entertaining is effortless. The wine rack complements the overall design, providing easy access to beverages while enhancing the kitchen’s elegant aesthetic. With these thoughtful additions, the kitchen is perfectly equipped for hosting memorable gatherings, combining functionality with a luxurious atmosphere.
